Shipping & Returns
When you check-out you will be presented with a few options for shipping. If you require shipping, please make sure you choose the right option for your area. If you don't get any shipping option, it doesn't mean we don't ship to you, it just means we need to give you a quote, so please contact us for a quick quote.
Shipping is FREE on all of our products for the 48 contiguous states in the USA. Excluded are: Alaska and Hawaii, US Protectorates: American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands (U.S.), APO/FPO: Army Post Office and Fleet Post Office, and Canada.
Lumaland Luxury Bean Bags are shipped on the same business day or next business day. Depending on your location, it will take 2-5 business days in transit with FedEx Ground to your location.
We will send you an email with a tracking number as soon as we've dispatched the item from our warehouse.
OK To Leave At Door
You know your area and neighbors best! If you think it's safe to leave your order at the door or somewhere else (carport, garage, veranda, behind the gate, etc) please tick the "OK to leave at" checkbox and write where exactly you want it. If you do tick the box, just bear in mind that once the box has been delivered, we can't be responsible for it.
If you don't tick the "OK to leave at door", someone has to be home to accept the delivery between 9am-5pm. If there's no one home and a re-delivery or collection from depot is required, we will be charged a $22 re-delivery fee by the shipping company, which we will have to pass on to you, so please try to avoid it! We strongly recommend that you use a work address or an address where you are absolutely sure there are people present between 9am-5pm or authorize us to leave the item at your door.

You may return your Lumaland Luxury Bean Bag within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
